PAUSE

For a moment and take in all that life has taught you. You've overcome heartbreak even when you felt like your world is falling apart. You've loved and lost but still had the courage to keep going even when the pain was unbearable.

You've feared change but didn't give up because you knew of the potential that was on the other side.

You see, life is hard and challenging, but at the same time, life can be beautiful and full of wonderful things.

It's never to late to pause and reflect on your life with a grateful heart. 

REFLECTION

Slow down, love. The universe is sending you a sign, not to give up but to show down. To reflect on everything you have and who is there for you. You are always finding something to do and somewhere to go... but the greatest gifts are already in your possession. Give presence in these moments, especially to yourself. Listen to what your mind and body need, but also your heart. It's time to reflect on what matters to you most, and what of who doesn't. Be brave friend, deep reflection is a hard journey but the most rewarding
